I finished a two year Web Design program last year and am now just doing a bit of freelancing while also being a new mom. I always recommend you to new clients if they need a host.

If I am unsure of how to do something for client (ie: re-directs, etc) I feel confident that I can just pick up the phone and call you guys! Everyone is so helpful and kind and I've never had to wait on hold. (very important with a needy baby in the background!) Excellent customer service and features, keep it up!

In the past, shortly after signing up with a new hosting company I would be searching for a new one due to down time and poor customer service. This is not the case with BlueHost.
